Hi

Just type the first one in a cell, then the second one in the cell
beneath.
Mark both cells, and use the fill handle at the bottom right of the pair
of cells to fill down as far as you wish.
The end number will step up sequentially.

NO formula needed!

Just enter your first number,
Click on the fill handle,
And drag down to copy as needed.

If you want to save some typing.................

enter the first IP in the cell then right-click and drag.

Release the mouse button and "Fill Series"

But..........172.16.1.0-172.16.1.254 is only 254 addressess.

What will you do after 172.16.1.254 and after 172.16.1.999 ?
