Default Excel 2002:How to stop color template from returning to default ?

Dear Sir,

As I work on each new Excel worksheet, I reset the color template to suit
my requirement.

Usually I customize quite a number of light colors for shading.

However, when the file size exceeds 2.75 MB, the color template always
returns to its original default after I pasted some data copied from other
Excel files. Evertytime I need to reset the template to retain my original
color shadings.

I have try pasting data to smaller files of less than 500 KB and confirm
that similar problem does not occur.

The Excel 2002 Software that I mam using is installed at a few servers that
are shared among a large number of users.

May I know Is there a way to stop the color template from returning to its
default after pasting data to larger files ?

Is there any other advice for the our IT people to fix this problem ?

Thanks

Low

Thanks

Low
