Print Preview shows in Grayscale - Excel 2003
I have a spreadsheet that is completely set to Color, however, when I print
Preview the file it shows in GrayScale and when I print to the color Printer it shows in Prints in GrayScale as well. I had my co-worker print the same file from his machine and it does not show up in GrayScale and it does not print in GrayScale. Is there a setting to make all files with color show and print in Color? Thanks, |

I would suggest you check the settings of the printer driver on your
computer. It may have been set to print in grayscale. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "Marilyn" wrote in message ... I just had a similar problem. The reason was that I had just set up fax and fax prints in grayscale. When I changed the default printer back to my deskjet, the preview was in color again.
