Default column & row names printed - a, b, c etc

Hi,

Is there a way to print the letters and numbers that the columns and rows
are called.
Eg. Column A, B, C, & Row 1, 2, 3 etc

Without having to call each of the columns this manually?

Try:-

File|page setup|Sheet and check row and column headings.
