Default Mailing addresses from .doc or .txt to Excel

I am trying to import into Excel a list of street mailing addresses I
have as a Word doc. The data is in the following format:

1.A & F Brokerage Company
370 Convention Way
Redwood City CA 94063 Phn: (650) 216-2360
Fax: (650) 364-5100 Ferdows, Sam
2. A & M Realty, Inc.
135 Summerhill Lane
Woodside CA 94062 Phn: (650) 368-2104
Fax: (650) 368-4720 Freedland, Maria
3. A Real Estate Advisor
3521 Winway
San Mateo CA 94403 Phn: (650) 349-1369 Magyary, Ilona
4. A2S Smart Buyers & Sellers
210 Industrial Rd Suite 210
San Carlos CA 94070 Phn: (650) 592-7355
Fax: (650) 592-7350 O'Donnell, Greg

To add an additional hitch, not every address is 4 lines. Some don't
have the Fax number.

I am trying to create a spreadsheet with the typical column headings:
Name, address, City, etc,etc.
Any ideas?

After the data is available in Excel. The format may not be correct. These
data have to be transposed.

Therefore, copy all the data in the worksheet and then click the cursor in a
new location in the Worksheet.

Do the following:

1. On the Edit menu, click Paste Special.
The Paste Special dialog box is displayed.
2. Click Tanspose check box.
3. Click OK.
