Depends on what you mean...
In the US, exempt employees get paid a salary regardless of the number of hours worked, so by one convention, an equivalent hourly rate is calculated based on 52 40-hour weeks: =<monthly salary*12/2080 and the daily rate would just by 8 times that. If you want something else, I would need more information - do you want to calculate for a particular month (since number of days vary)? Do you want to count M-F, 8 hours per day?
