Default line bordering hidden cells

Hello,
I have a few columns that I'd like hidden. When I hide these columns a
dark line appears. Is there a way to remove that line? Or prevent it from
happening?

Thanks
Ellen

Just click in a cell that is not within the hidden columns.

The dark line will disappear.
