Default How to Create a better Calendar for employees

I have created 4 excel spreasheet for 4 different employees. I think this is
too cumbersome to do, if my employees are large. I will have to put in 15
minutes time frame in their schedule as well, to show when is there lunch and
break times. Is there something we can do to make the excel documentation
more professional.

How about hiring 4 smaller employees?

Otherwise, hard to say based on your description.

4 spreadsheets or 4 worksheets?

Can you post a bit of the current layout and formatting you have?
