bold text cannot print

I have a file with a regular font and bold text, when I print this file it
only print the regular size of the text, the bold text cannot print. How can
I fix with this problem?

The printer may not have support for the bold font. What are the names of
the fonts you have used for the regular and bold? They would be something
like "Ariel" or "Times New Roman" or "Calibri".
