Default Extract data from form

I created a form template that contains checkboxes and dropdowns (using forms
toolbar, not control).

This form is then used by a number of people and they save their updated
form into a folder (their output is the form template with their checkbox and
list selections).

Currently I view each form and manually take the results and enter the data
into a master sheet.

In the future, is there a way for the users to save the form output so that
the results appear in spreadsheet format with all the data on 1 row?

Thanks,

Yes to your question, but (gathering information on a form), and (printing an
output) , (querys with that information?) Me, I would give serious
consideration to building that in Access if this is going to be a long term
operational program.

Will consider Access in the future, however on occassion we need to gather
info from people pretty much 'on the fly' (depending on management whims)
that wouldn't necessarily grant the time to build them in Access.

I was hoping there was an easy way to extract the data from these quick
Excel forms that would allow for consolidation of all results (I can automate
the consolidation).

Thanks.
