Default Excel Crashes (Faulting modules are mso9.dll/excel.exe)

I have reinstalled office multiple times, renamed ms09.dll and reinstalled
again. I tried re-registering the dll. I cannot seem to keep Excel running
properly. Any suggestions as to why it keeps crashing? Word/Outlook etc are
fine. This is Office 2000 an it has been patched to SP3.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Rebecca
