Never having used nor even heard of Qutoecat before your posting, I don't
believe I can be of much help to you.

Since Quotecat refers to the add-in "Excel Helper", I can only assume that
add-in would come with the package.

It is definitely not part of Excel installation.

I would download the package if there was not the requirement of giving
personal information at the download site.
