Default How would you make a fitness planner for two months?

I have to make a fitness plan for P.E. and the teacher said to use excel. How
do you get two calender months onto excel, and once you do that, how do you
type what you want onto the calender?

A very simple way is to use columns A, B and C as shown below (for example
June/July)

Column A has the days of the month
Column B has activities for June
Column C has activities for July

In row 1 type the headings ("Day of Month", "June","July")
In row 2 onwards, type the activities

To enter data (text) click on the required cell, which will then have bold
outline and just type your information. Hit Enter to finish entry/move to
next cell.

A B C
Day of Month June July
1 Gym work
2 Swimming
3
4 Swimming Cycling
5
6
etc
