Default code to reassign a macro to a toolbar button because of path change

so i wrote the program and put a button on the toolbar.
this program is going to be sent to other people.

when the location of the file changes you know that it is necessary
to reassign the new location to the button.

i have already written instructions and screenshots to shwo the user how to
reassign the macro.

but i would like to write what would be a very short program.
the user could click and the program would reassign the macro.
the user would have already saved the file so the location would be known.

know what i mean?

p.s. i thought of putting it in my Personal Workbook and emailing that which
they would save
making it THEIR personal workbook and that would do it, i think.
but then i thought they may ahve stuff in their Personal Workbook then....

thanks for any ideas
