Duplicate of data
I have this set of data of names and address. I would like to mail merge
these address into my letter in Word. However , in these data , I have siblings and they bear the same address. Is there a way that I can do to only mail merge to one household instead of 2? |

Hi Lindsay,
Have you looked at creating a Unique List in the Address column. If the address is over more than one column, then concatenate them into one column, and on this column use Data Filter Advanced, where the List Range would be the concatendated column, and make sure you Tick the Unique Record Only option. Hope this is useful John "lindsay" wrote: I have this set of data of names and address. I would like to mail merge these address into my letter in Word.
