Default How do I insert a calendar box, in excel?

I would like to insert a calendar drop-down style box into an excel sheet,
where you can choose a date from a calendar which appears when you select the
relevant cell.

Does anyone know how?

Thank you.

There is a neat little shareware add in that I have used. It is free for 30
days then you must buy it for $19.95. You can check it out at
http://www.office-kit.com/excel_calendar/index.htm I have been using it for
several weeks - seems to work well.
