How can I create a choice of words with a scroll list.

You can build a drop-down box using Data Validations. Select "Validations"
from the "Data" menu bar, and select Allow "list" rather than "any value".
In the Source box type the selection you want to define separated by a comma
eg. oranges, apples, bananas. This will give you a drop-down of those three
words.
You can also link the Source box to a range or a named range.

Hi,

Do the following:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
The Options dialog box displays.
2. Click the Custom Lists Tab.
3. Under "Custom lists" list, click NEW LIST.
When you click NEW LIST, The Add button is enabled and the cursor is
positioned inside the List entries list.
4. Type item name seperated by comma - As demiliter to seperate values.

* Click the import button
* Import list from cells
* Select the Range of cells from your excel sheet.

Important; Before performing this operation, enter cell values to select as
cell range for your custom list.

5. Click Add button.
6. Click OK.

For example, Now enter any value in your cell ans pull the handle side ways
or or below, all values will be populated on the sheet.
