Default windows menu item

just upgraded to 2007 and the 'window' menu item is gone. How do you select
a worksheet other than using Alt Tab and then trying to figure it which one
of the many spreadsheets it is that you want to selct.

ctrl tab gets you back to the previous .xls worksheet but lets say you are
working on 3 sheet?
