Hi can any one tell me the formula for a spread sheet for holidays

Days From To Type This Leave Remaining Section Head Reason Entered
22 HOL 2 22 PD
22 22
22 22
if i type hol in the col type
then the number of days in the col this leave
to deduct the 2 from the 22 in the col remaining
thanks in advance for any help

in the appropriate cell on row 2, then copy it down
