Items on Insert ribbin on excell 2007 are grayed out. Why?
I have an excell work book where all Tables, Illistrations, Charts, links and
most Text commands on the Insert ribbin are grayed out. When I open other wookbooks these command swork fine. I can't find any help info in this issue. Does any one have any ideas what the issue might be? |

is the woorkbook protected?

Thanks for the reply.
No I don't beleive it is. But I'm not sure. On the review menu the Protect Sheet command is grayed out. The Protect Workbook command operates and the Unrestricted access control is checked. I did turn on change tracking on this wookbook. Does this affect the wookbook protection state? Thanks Bill "Andrea" wrote: is the woorkbook protected? Thanks for the tip. I was able to get Chart editing capabiltiy again by eliminating the Shared workbook capabiltiy. Regards Bill "Andrea" wrote: is the woorkbook protected?
