On this other sheet that holds your data, select the range that you want to
use in the Data Validation list and name it via Insert - Name - Define and type in the name, like "MyList" without the quotes. Then in the cell where you want the Data Validation cell, click Data Validation, select List, and type "=MyList" without the quotes. Done. HTH Otto "gatorguy" wrote in message ...
