Default Looking in Ranges

Hi guys, hopefully you can help.

Spreadsheet set out as follows....

Cell A1: Persons name
Cell A2: Drop down list Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4
Cells B1:B10 All drop down lists with Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4

I need some kind of IF function to look up the range B1:B10 and if
this range includes the value in A2, the cell should equal A1. If not
should be blank.

Thanks

Brian
