Can someone please tell me how to put the actual category names in place of
the A B C D etc??????? a

a b c d are fixed column headings, you need to put your names below them, in
a1, b1, c1, etc, if you want you can shade them to look nice, too.

Cannot be done

Use row 1 for your titles then select A2 and WindowFreeze Panes so row 1 is
always in view.

ToolsOptionsView. Uncheck Row and Column Headers if you don't want to see
them.
