Checked out the site, Dave. I think I used to have similar problems with
Office 97 and I thought it was due to the data being on another sheet. Ever since I change that I had no more problems. I think too that naming ranges tends to slow down calculations, but again that was on an early version. Maybe the later versions handle this better and I'll test that for sure. I have multiples set up on a sheet. some are accessed locally on the sheet and some draw from another sheet in the workbook using =Address1 as the Name. But I can't get any of them to work now!
