Default URGENT: Control Different Start Dates

Hi. I have a list of employees and different Start Dates of their contracts.
Well, in Column A I have the name and the next two (B and C) I have the Start
and End date. For the folling columns I also have ohter Start and End dates.
Imagine this:

Name Start End Start End Start End Start End Start End

I need to build a map like a Gant chart. I need paint cells that contains
data from those dates.

Any idea?

Regards in advance.

Jon Peltier has put together instructions on a Gantt Chart.

That should help you.
