I downloaded a quote form that I need to use in Excel. I can't get it to
carry on the coloring and format to a second page when I make some cells
bigger or have more line items than what the form allows.

How can I either get a form that will do this or get the form I have to
carry the coloring, etc to carry on to multiple pages?

I am using the form "sales quote, (Blue Gradient Design), that I downloaded
from the web by using my office help funtion and searching forms.
