Default decimals as hours change to minutes

In this ss I am calculating hours. Hours are expressed as 7.5 hours etc. Is
there a way to express this as hours and minutes instead of the decimal. 7
hours 30 minutes.
I must mention that I am adding up several cells to get the results.
The cells that I am adding are represented the same way. I would like to
change them into hours and minutes instead of the decimal.

Thanks in advance

Scott
