when I was using excel 2003, I could repeat a sorting order on comparable
data using the F4-function.

E.g. I sorted data in 2 columns based on the values in column B for example
(from high to low). Then I could select other data and just press F4 to
repeat the same sorting order.

Has this feature been removed from excel 2007, because I can't repeat a
sorting action?

I have just tried it and you are right. Bit naff isn't it.

The F4 key has lost much of its functionality in Excel 2007 charts. It used
to repeat everything done in a trip to a formatting dialog, but now at best
it remembers only the latest action. Hardly a timesaver anymore.
