Default Numbered Lists!

This is probably easy to do but Im really new to this stuff!
Is it possible for Excel to make a numbered list without me having to type
every number? i.e.
1
2
3
4
5 and so on€¦
Each number in the cell below!
I may need to type 1 to 6000 and I dont fancy blisters on my fingers€¦hee
hee! ;0)

Thanks in advance Guys!
