I like using the Invoice templates in excel as they do all the calculations
but I would like to send them to my clients in a word or pdf format as it looks more professional. |

Maybe you can create a form in MSWord and then use mailmerge to print the pretty
invoice. You may want to read some tips for mailmerge. http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/mailmerg.htm http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MailMerge The first is from David McRitchie and the second is by Beth Melton and Dave Rado. Hi
There are lots of shareware/freeware/cheapware packages that allow you to "print" a document to pdf. Google....PDF maker, Jaws PDF, PDF Factory.....you'll find a free one, or one with a stamp at least. -- _______________________ Naz, London "Gen" wrote: I like using the Invoice templates in excel as they do all the calculations but I would like to send them to my clients in a word or pdf format as it looks more professional. |
