Default how to get a 2nd dropbox based on results, entry of 1st dropbox

excel ver.5 I am trying to set up purchase list. The purchases need to be
id'd by a main group, a sub-group based on the main group selection & a 2nd
sub-group based on the 1st sub-group selection. A drop down works great for
the main group but I can't figure out how to make the next two work on the
result/selection of the first one. Any ideas?

Thanks, that should work great. You guys are fast! I signed up after typing
my question. once I logged on, there were several answers same as yours. I
guess what i'm saying is sorry for asking something already listed on the
board.
