Default Lost Excel and Word from our Start/All Programs menu

Hello, I have searched everywhere for help on this but can't find any answers.

Earlier I accidentally deleted the shortcuts for Excel and Word from my
computer and these 2 have now disappeared from both of start menu - all
programs. These 2 are still on the computer itself but I don't know how to
get them back on the main lists...

I tried dragging them over but they do not get added. Can someone please
help me to put them back on as shortcuts???

Thanks so much!

You could reinstall office.

Or you could create your own shortcuts.

Windows start button|Search
Look for Winword.exe
When you find it,
right click on it|SendTo|Desktop (Create Shortcut)

Do the same for excel.exe

For me (office 2003), I found both of them under:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11
