Default download stock quotes in excel?

Can excel act as a mutual fund screener? Can I download a fund's beta,
sharpe, 3 year return, standard deviation ect... from MSN into excel?

I am not a programer.

Not being an investor I have little idea what your issue is in it's
entirety, but Excel has a web query function, under DataImport External
DataNew web query. Navigate to the web page and then click the little
yellow marks next to the tables you need.

I have something on web queries on my website, here.
