Default How do I get a time value to continually udate (count) in Excel?

I want to a cell in Excel display the current time and automatically update
each second, then have other cells recalculate based on the updating value.
Possible?

See http://www.xldynamic.com/source/xld.XtraTime.html for an example timer.
