Look in VBA's help for Like (and ucase).

IF ucase(CELLS(ROW, 3).VALUE) like **FOO** _
OR ucase(CELL(ROW, 3).VALUE) like **BAZ** Then

You may want to look at VBA's help for InStr, too.
