in excel where is my count/sum function?

You are looking for the status bar. If it is not there gototoolsoptionsview tab and select status Bar. If it is there, on the right side of the screen on the tool bar right click and a small menu should come up. Make your selection. Mike Rogers "Steph" wrote: I used to be able to right click at the bottom right hand corner of my open spreadsheet and chose if I wanted to count / sum / min / max etc of the chosen cells, but the function has disappeared and I can't get it back!
