Default Is there one or combination of Excel function to count unique entr

I have a spreadsheet with multiple rows and columns. In each row and column,
the cells contain one or more the same data for example
A B C ....
1 Orange USA A2
2 Apple USA B1
3 Orange Canada C1l
4 Oragne USA A2
5 Peach Canada A1
6 Apple USA A2

I need a function or combination of function to ONLY list ONE occurance of
each. In the example. Col A will list "Orange, Apple Peach", Col B lists
"USA, Canada"

Regards

I looked at the doc and not quite sure how to use the advance filter. I need
the result to be placed on another worksheet or other column. Rather than
shown in a dropdown box like the AutoFiler.

Please help a bit further.
