Default Lost 'file' menu!

We have accidentally dragged and dropped the 'file' command from the menu. We
don't know where it went and cannot work out how to get it back again. Can
anyone help?

Tools | Customize | Commands.
Scroll down to see the built-in menus category. Drag File back to the Menu
Bar.

Tools | Customize. You can click reset Usage Date, but you will lose Custome
