I have an excel spreadsheet that is being distributed to multiple users for
their review and approval. I want to attach a routing slip to have each
person approve and then have it returned to me. My questions a

1. Is there an easy way to track where the document is at any given point;
other than checking email notifications?

2. Is there a better way to track the distribution and status of the
document? The document once completed by everyone is to be imported into
Excel for additional reporting.
