Colours
I have an Excel Spreadsheet with different colours in certain cells. The
colours show up on the screen, but when I print the spreadsheet the colours do not. Only prints black/white. I have checked the printer settings are all is fine. Other spreadsheets will print with the colours. |

What about the page setup? Do file page setup sheet, make sure black and

You probably looked at this already, but there's File - Page setup - Sheet - Black and white It's a check box to specify that you want colours to be suppressed. |
