Default how to totally protect data excel 2003

I have a sheet of data where I have locked the cells through sheet
protection, then hidden the sheet, what I am trying to achieve is this data
to not be visible by any person other than myself.
I want this data to be totally hidden from view, i.e. not accessible by
entering a formula to pick up the relevant cell info and paste to another
worksheet.
Sheet 3 data not to be shown via formula on Sheet 5
