Default Make cells formatting equivalent

Is there any way to get a cells FORMATTING to be equivalent to another cell.
For example, if I go and change the target cell font to bold and the text
color to blue, another cell on a different sheet will automatically take on
these changes also.

You could do this with a worksheet change event in the sheet code.
