Default How can I convert an excel file to pdf file?

One possible way is to use OpenOffice, it is downloadable, and it has an
export into PDF feature.

Hi Thio Liang,

You must install Adobe Acrobat. Once you Install Adobe Acorbat, the
Microsoft Excel display Adobe PDF menu in the Menu bar.

Clicking on the Aobe PDF menu will display the following commands:
1. Convert to Adobe PDF.
2. Convert to Adobe PDF and Email.
3. Convert to Adobe PDFand Send for Review.
4. Convert Entire Workbook.
5. Change conversion settings.

I use a program that acts as a printer driver.

http://www.primopdf.com

It's free and works fine for me.

Hi,

I strongly recommend Microsoft's official add-in designed for this purpose.
It's available at

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

as a free download. Works just fine.

This is useful if you're using xl2007.

Quite right. I was rushed, and I ASSUMEd. It didn't make an a** of you, but
it did make one of me!

;-)

Thanks for the reminder. I'm kind of focused on the 2007 version these days.

Another solution that would work for the 2003 version of office would be
CutePDF / GhostScript. That was what I used with Office 2003.
