You must install Adobe Acrobat. Once you Install Adobe Acorbat, the Microsoft Excel display Adobe PDF menu in the Menu bar. Clicking on the Aobe PDF menu will display the following commands: 1. Convert to Adobe PDF. 2. Convert to Adobe PDF and Email. 3. Convert to Adobe PDFand Send for Review. 4. Convert Entire Workbook. 5. Change conversion settings. Quite right. I was rushed, and I ASSUMEd. It didn't make an a** of you, but
it did make one of me! ;-) Thanks for the reminder. I'm kind of focused on the 2007 version these days. Another solution that would work for the 2003 version of office would be CutePDF / GhostScript.
