5.5 working days

In certain part of SE Asia, the workdays are 5.5. .5 days means Sat morning
with alternate Sat as off day. I need a formula to calculate leave for
staffs. I have used NETWORKDAYS to calcate the start date and end date and
public holidays but the result exclude the alternate workday of .5. Please
help. Thanks
