Default excel 2007 file loading error

excel files in office 2007 after installation, If I load a file by double
clicking on it
from any file,Excel starts and loads an empty page. If
I start Excel and then go to File/Open the Excel file loads perfectly. Does
anyone have an idea as to what is happening?
If I won't find the solution then I belive that I might think to roll back
to ver 2003 office,Plz help me out to find the solution.
