How can I print the data from a work sheet as a member roster with all info
included? |

Sorry, Roger. Your question makes no sense to me, but perhaps your workbook
has a print area selected? Try File--Print Area--Clear Print Area. Then do a print preview and see if you can print more data. Not sure this is helpful. **************************** Hope it helps! Sorry Anne: Youre right. I have a list of names and addresses and other data in excel. I want to print for mailing all the info in columns in a word doc to mail people who do not have excel. Ive tried mail merge and the merge fields command but I cant propagate labels (not lit). I may be saving my excel file incorrectly. "Anne Troy" wrote: Sorry, Roger. If you want a printable version of your data for people who don't have Excel,
save it as a pdf. Or, copy the data and paste into Word to create a table which can be edited. "Roger" wrote: Sorry Anne: Youre right. I have a list of names and addresses and other data in excel.
