HWhen sending a s/s via email I lose column formatting on the receiving end.
How do I prevent format lost by locking in the settings? |

Send the spreadsheet as an attachment, not in the body of the e-mail. From
what I've seen, if you send it any other way than as an attachment, you stand the chance of the formatting becoming corrupted or changed. "Mike J." wrote: HWhen sending a s/s via email I lose column formatting on the receiving end. How do I prevent format lost by locking in the settings? |

Thanx for response... but I'm sending as an attachment. When the s/s is
opened the column formatting is lost. I'm going to try posting it to SharePoint and sending a link. Hopefully the formatting will stay in tact when you open from Sharepoint. Thanx again, mike J.
