Default Entering numbers into a cell

I try to enter 10 and as I enter the 0 it replaces the 1. So instead of
seeing 10, I see only 0. I have tried every drop down but no luck.

Help!

Goto ToolsOptions and on the Edit tab there is a checkbox for Fixed
