Default Help with Years of Service formula....

Yes, I would like to have some assitance on figuring how to formulate this
scenerio..

We have our Years of Service broke down like this...

Less than 5(years) .0412 10
5 .0453 11
7 .0494 12 etc..

this tells us that an employee who has less than 5 years in employment
will earn .0412 ours of vacation per hour or will earn 10 (12 hour days) of
vacation... actually if when they put in how many years of service, then
have it auto fill another cell with the (12 hour days per year)..
For instance if someone puts in 16 for the years of service, then "18"
will autofill in the cell. T"hanks bill

Hi
for the first row put a zero into column A and only use column A and B
for your data
Now use the following formula:
=VLOOKUP(lookup_value,A1:B10,2,TRUE)
